School Photography FAQ's

What is a School Mate?

A School Mate has a 5x7 class photo and a 3x5 individual photo with a graphical

design. This product is one piece and fits in a standard 8x10 frame (not available for 2021-2022)



How long do photo orders take to be processed and shipped?

Orders will be mailed to the address you provide on your order form approximately  3-4 weeks after picture day.



Where can I get an order form?

We are paperless. All Orders are placed on line at www.eapphoto.com



If my child was absent on picture day can I still have their picture taken ?

Most schools offer a Retake Day. Please check with your PTA about the date.



When is Picture Retake Day for my school?

Check your child's school PTA Website or the School Calendar for the date. You can also contact EAP Customer Service for assistance.



How do I have my child's photo retaken on Retake Day?

Send your child in with the photos in the envelope they were sent home to you in. You do not have to return the class photo. Write on the outside of the envelope "Retake".



What forms of payments does EAP accept?

Cash, Checks and Credit Cards (M/C, Visa and Discover). If you are paying Cash please select Cash on the on line order form payment section and send your money in on photo day in a sealed envelope clearly marked Photo Day Picture Money. Write on the front of the envelope the amount enclosed, the Childs First and Last Name and the Teachers Name,



What is the refund policy on school photos?

Orders that are returned to EAP within 14 days from the delivery date of your order are eligible for a refund if there is a photographic error. (ie. Shadowing,  Glare, Out of Focus) on the individual portion of the package. We do not issue refunds for class photos or on the class photo portion of an order. If you are not satisfied with your child's photograph you can have their photo retaken on Retake Day.. There is no charge to have your child's photo retaken. If I did not pay for photos on picture day can I still order photos? (This applies to Picture taken in the Fall Only)

All students are photographed on picture day whether you have submitted payment or not. If your child was wearing the appropriate outfit you wanted them to be photographed in you can place an order at www.eapphoto.com. If you need assistance contact our customer service department by emailing cst@eapphoto.com or you can open a Help Ticket



Can I order extra photos after picture day?

Can I pay for photos of all my children with one check?

To ensure that your payment is accounted for correctly please submit a separate check with each child's order form.



If I have a problem or a question with my order what should I do?

Call us at 631-476-0134 or contact us via email at cst@eapphoto.com .Our Customer Service Representatives have the most up to date information on your order so they will be able to assist you. You can also open a Help Ticket.

Please do not contact the PTA as they will direct you to us.


Can I combine all my childrens orders on one order form?

Sorry, but the answer is NO. Please use a separate order form for each child you are placing an order for so that each child has their own unique image number.


I need to change the background I selected or I need to modify my order ?

There is a fee of $10.00 to modify an order after it is submitted. You can use the form at the following link to modify your order:  Modify My Order
