What is a Dance Mate?
A Dance Mate has a 5x7 class photo and a 3x5 individual photo with a graphical design.
This product is one piece and fits in a standard 8x10 frame.
How long do photos take to be processed and shipped?
Photos will be mailed to the dancers home address 6 - 8 weeks after photo day.
Where can I get a Picture Day form?
Order forms are available at your dance school.
Where can I get an EAP TV order form?
Order forms are available at your dance school or you can order your DVD/Blu-ray from our website.
What is the refund policy on dance photos?
Images that are selected by the customer on photo day for picture packages and additional prints are non refundable. Picture packages and additional prints selected by our lab have a 100% money back guarantee on the individual picture portion of the package. Requests for refunds can be made by calling 631-476-0134.The pictures or products that were sent to you have to be received back in our office within 14 days from the mailing date of your order in order to qualify for a refund. We do not issue refunds for class photos or on the class photo portion of an order. We also do not issue refunds on Specialty items. It is the customers responsibility to mail the photos back to EAP. Sorry but we do not offer reimbursement for postage. We suggest mailing the photos in a secure manor that provides proof of delivery back to EAP. If you need additional please contact our Customer Service Department at 631-476-0134.
What time should I show up for my photo?
A picture day schedule has been pre - designed by your dance school and EAP to facilitate a smooth running picture day. Please check with the dance school regarding your picture day time. We recommend you arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the time your dance school tells you so you have time to visit our sales table to pay for your photos and get your makeup and you costume on.
What forms of payments does EAP accept?
Cash, Checks and Credit Cards (M/C, Visa and Discover)
How many poses will my dancer be photographed in?
We photograph each dancer in 2-3 poses in each of their costumes.
Can two siblings be photographed together?
Yes, absolutely. On the order form in the First Name Field put both children's First Names and then complete the rest of the order form. On picture day please let a Photo Day Coordinator or your child's teacher/instructor know that your kids will be taking a photo together. Please Note: The only product that cannot be ordered if both children are in the photo together are Trader Cards.
If I did not pay for photos on picture day can I still order photos?
If you did not pay for individual photos on picture day then your child's photo was probably not taken unless you made special arrangements with us in advance of photo day. Your child would still be photographed in the class photo even if you didn't buy individual photos.You can still order a class photo from this website or by contacting our Customer Service Department between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday.
Can I order extra photos and specialty items after picture day?

Every picture order ships with a reorder form. This form can be mailed in to EAP or you can use this website to reorder photos. Re orders must be paid in full before they can be processed. If your child was not photographed individually on picture day reorders are not available.
Can I pay for photos of all my children with one check?
Yes you can. Please bring all of your childrens picture day forms to the sales table at one time on picture day for payment processing.
If I have a problem or questions about my order what should I do?
Call us directly at 631-476-0134 between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday or contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Customer Service Representatives have the most up to date information on your order so they will be able to assist you. Please do not call the dance school as they will direct you to us.
Can I combine all my children's orders on one order form?
No. Please use a separate order form for each child you are placing an order for.
If I don't see the answer to my question here what should I do?
