Customers that have prepaid for a package without first seeing a preview or a proof can return their photos to EAP within 14 days of receiving them for a refund. Refunds are not
given on specialty items such as, but not limited to, Mugs, Mouse Pads, Jewelry, Pocketbooks, etc.
Customers that have viewed a proof on photo day or viewing day and have selected the picture
of their choice are not eligible for a refund or an exchange.
Class Photos cannot be returned for a refund. (Class Photos that are included in a package will be deducted from the customers refund if the individual photos are returned for a refund)

We do not offer refunds on in house studio work.
DVD Purchases
We do not offer refund or exchanges on DVD purchases.
Customer who wish to return their photos or products should call our customer service department at 631-476-0134
between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday thru Friday for the address to send their photos and products. Photos and
Products being returned will be issued a RA#. Photos and Products returned without a RA# will not be accepted. EAP does not cover the postage and handling for the return of photos or products.
